Inspection Services

Façade Inspection

Façade Inspection

Façade Inspection

Inspections for buildings (façade), roofs, roadway bridges, and/or data gathered for reports for either. Vertical and/or horizontal flight plans provided.

Missing or damaged ornamentals, inadequate insulation, building envelope air leaks, moisture intrusion, and substandard å are costly to residential and commercial building owners. An infrared camera can help you quickly see and find the sources of energy efficiencies, destructive water damage and structural issues. This greatly aids in making informed decisions on needed repairs that can prevent accidents, help save energy dollars and stay more comfortable.

Deploy a drone equipped with a Radiometric camera, and inspect a roof in minutes – significantly reduce inspection times by allowing direct inspections to be focused on areas of concern pre-selected through drone inspection. Re-inspect once needed repairs have been made ensuring the problem has been corrected.

Thermal Imaging

Façade Inspection

Façade Inspection

Thermal imaging to detect leaks, cracks, faulty structures and energy loss in roofs, chimneys, windows and doors. Especially beneficial for infrastructure or industrial inspections in hard-to-reach locations, a drone or Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) equipped with thermal imaging or optical gas imaging can quickly and safely locate problem spots or inefficiencies. Our Part 107 Certified pilots have the knowledge and expertise to conduct a thorough aerial, thermal or general industrial inspection with thermal imaging cameras. This non-destructive thermal imaging survey measures heat loss, detect thermal bridging and assess insulation.

LiDar Scanning

Façade Inspection

LiDar Scanning

LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) is a remote sensing technology system that uses ultraviolet, near-infrared light to image objects requiring no external light for effective mapping. It provides precise digital representation of objects, buildings, and the ground more detailed than common pictures. It collects the reflected light with a sensor. By measuring the required time for a round trip of the laser light, distances can be calculated. A powerful computer creates a three-dimensional map in real time. According to the heavy LiDAR equipment, large drones are needed for aerial photographs.
Build 3D mapping point clouds with UAV LiDAR.
